You’ll be introduced to the core fundamentals of ballroom dancing, including posture, partner connection, and basic lead-and-follow skills.

During the class, we’ll touch on a couple of different ballroom styles, giving you a fun and approachable overview of how partner dancing works—without pressure or prior experience required. The focus is on building confidence, learning the basics, and enjoying the experience.
